DO NOT perform a factory reset on your TRX7 before contacting the TRX support team.
Instead, try backing up and restoring your system.
Note: Before backing up and restoring your system, make sure you insert a microSD card (at least 8GB), plug your device into your AC adapter, and that your battery level is higher than 60%.
First, back up your system:
- Tap the device Apps button on the Home screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down in the menu and tap Backup & reset.
- Choose Back up system.
- Insert a microSD card into the slot on the left side of the device.
- Tap OK when you see a notification that says "Are you sure you want to back up current system to Micro SD card?"
