If you do not own a Magellan Off-Highway Vehicle navigation system such as the Magellan TRX7, TRX7CS, TR5 or TR7 we are unfortunately not equipped to support the product that you have contacted us about. If you are contacting Magellan for an RMA/Replacement, please send an email to email@example.com and in the subject line of the email, type in ‘RMA Request’. In the body of the email, please provide the following information as well:
- Your First & Last Name
- Your physical mailing address (Non-PO Box)
- Model Number
- Serial Number of device
- Brief description of the issues that you are having with your device, which you feel requires a replacement
