If you received a software update letter in your TRX box please read below:
The TRX Product Team released a software update on 2/1/2018 as specified in the letter in your box. That release was removed from our servers after two weeks due to customer reports that there were file management and storage issues with some accounts. We have identified the cause of the issues and have modified that release to be even better.
We are completing our final testing and intend to re-release the software update in early May 2018. The new update will have the same new features mentioned in the update letter but will also fix the file management and storage issues reported by other customers. This will improve performance for your TRX now and into the future so that you can get all of the latest features that we are working on.
You will be notified of the software update on your TRX7 (when connected to WiFi) once the release is live. We can assist customers with a manual install of the latest software or else we ask for a little more patience until we complete our tests.
